SONGS OF THE HEART

“Music painted in bright bold colors.” — San Francisco Examiner

Maestro Lawrence Kohl and the Pacific Chamber Orchestra deliver have-to-be-experienced, exhilarating performances. Be swept away by the aching beauty of Barber’s Adagio for Strings, then jump for joy with the vibrant, playful energy of 2026 Pulitzer Prize composer Gabriela Lena Frank’s musical walk through the Andes.

Intimate. Stirring. Satisfying.

And there’s more: bask in the warmth of Elgar and Wirén, and in the lyrical voice of tenor Samuel Faustine and the golden tones of French hornist Craig Hansen in Britten’s gorgeous Serenade, set to some of England’s most evocative poetry.
